The Puppy Love Project

The Puppy Love Project is a non profit organization we started with the simple goal of bringing a little joy to the community when we can.

To do that, we take some of our adorable puppies to visit local hospitals and retirement centers and schools, because everyone loves to cuddle with a sweet puppy! It’s a great way to socialize the puppies, too, so it’s a win-win. Seeing the faces of the patients and health care providers light up has been a great joy!

And we also donate puppies to work as therapy dogs to touch the lives of children who suffer from PTSD, depression, chronic illnesses or serious injury. Our puppies are bred and raised to be ideal therapy dogs, so it’s a perfect fit! We made our first donation this past June to an adorable little boy we met at our last hospital visit. We also donated a puppy recently to a school district in Iowa. He will be trained as a service dog for the local high school and spend his days interacting with the teens and staff.
